The villa is set on a hillside with an infinity pool open all year, surrounded by sun loungers, beach chairs, and sun umbrellas. Swim-up pool toys and a shallow end make the pool usable by all ages, and pool/beach towels are provided. The terrace has outdoor furniture, a dining area, and a barbecue, plus an outdoor kitchen for al fresco cooking.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, stovetop, toaster, and electric kettle. A dining area with a table and chairs seats guests, and a children's high chair is available. Complimentary wine or champagne and tea/coffee making supplies are provided upon arrival.

Indoor entertainment includes a billiards table and table tennis set. Outdoors, board games and puzzles are offered, along with child safety socket covers for younger guests. A sun terrace, garden, and barbecue area extend the living space outside.
